Effective June 17, 2026 · Last updated June 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Laela Tec, a licensed REALTOR® with Investors Team Realty, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit this website or request a free homebuyer credit analysis, and describes the privacy rights available to California residents.

Plain-language summary. We collect the contact details you give us so we can respond to your inquiry and, if you ask, connect you with our credit partner, GTS Credit. We do not sell your personal information. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, and you can opt out of any sharing at any time using the methods in Section 9.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to personal information we collect through this website and through requests you submit for a free homebuyer credit analysis. Our real estate services are provided through Investors Team Realty, Inc. Credit-analysis and credit-repair services are provided by GTS Credit, an independent company that maintains its own privacy practices (see Section 15). This policy does not cover the practices of third parties we do not control.

2. Information we collect

The categories of personal information we may collect, as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), include:

CategoryExamples
IdentifiersName, phone number, email address, and any mailing address you provide.

Commercial informationRecords of services you requested or expressed interest in (for example, a credit analysis).
Internet / network activityLimited technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed.
Geolocation dataApproximate, city-level location inferred from your IP address.
InferencesPreferences we reasonably draw from the above to help serve you (for example, that you are exploring homeownership).

We do not knowingly collect your Social Security number, full credit report, or financial-account details on this website. If you proceed with GTS Credit, that information is collected and handled by GTS Credit under its own privacy policy. We do not collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.

3. How we collect it

  • Directly from you: when you complete the request form, call or text us, or email us.
  • Automatically: limited technical information collected by your browser when you visit the site, as described in Section 11.
  • From service providers: such as the form provider that powers our embedded request form.

4. How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide the information or services you request.
  • To connect you, at your request, with our credit partner GTS Credit for a homebuyer credit analysis.
  • To contact you about your request by phone, text, or email (see Section 10).
  • To operate, maintain, and improve this website.
  • To comply with legal, regulatory, and professional licensing obligations, and to protect against fraud or misuse.

5. How we share it

We share personal information only as needed to provide our services and operate this site. We may disclose the categories above to:

  • GTS Credit: our credit partner, to provide the analysis you requested.
  • Investors Team Realty, Inc.: our supervising brokerage, as required for real estate services.
  • Service providers: vendors that host the site or power the request form, who are permitted to use the data only to perform services for us.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and property.

These service providers and partners are bound by contract to use your information only for the purposes for which it was shared, consistent with CCPA/CPRA "service provider" and "contractor" requirements.

6. Sale or sharing of personal information

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We have not sold or shared the personal information of any consumer in the preceding 12 months. We also do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

In the interest of full transparency, our use of Google Analytics 4 (see Section 11) may be considered a "sale" or "share" of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA, because data may be transmitted to Google. You can opt this device out of Google Analytics using the control in the Do Not Sell or Share section below, and we automatically honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by your browser.

7. Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know / access: request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • Delete: request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out: opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (see Section 9).
  • Limit sensitive information: direct us to limit the use of sensitive personal information, where applicable.
  • Non-discrimination: not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights.

8. How to exercise your rights

You, or an authorized agent acting on your behalf, may submit a request using any method in Section 9 or 17. To protect your privacy, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, typically by confirming details you previously provided to us. We will respond within the timeframes required by law (generally within 45 days, with one permitted extension). There is no charge to submit a request.

9. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell or share your personal information (see Section 6). Even so, you may submit a request to opt out of any future sale or sharing, or ask us to limit how your information is used, at any time. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required.

To opt this device out of Google Analytics right now, use the control below. Your choice is stored locally in this browser. Opting out is also honored automatically when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. You can also email [email protected].

Analytics are currently on for this device.

To submit a Do-Not-Sell-or-Share request, or any other privacy request, use one of these methods:

10. Calls, texts & email choices

When you submit a request, you authorize us and GTS Credit to contact you about your inquiry by phone call, text message, and email at the number and address you provide, including through automated dialing or prerecorded messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to any text message, ask to be removed during a call, or use the "unsubscribe" link in an email. Opting out of marketing messages will not stop service-related communications about a request you have already made.

11. Cookies & tracking

This website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies of its own. We self-host our fonts and images. We use two analytics tools: Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregate (cloudflareinsights.com) and measures traffic such as page views and performance without using cookies and without tracking you across sites, and Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-K5KFZ3EBPR), which uses cookies and a Google script to measure traffic and understand how visitors find us, for example which search engine or website referred you. Google Analytics sets cookies and shares data with Google. We have enabled IP anonymization. The site loads Google Analytics by default, but turns it off for visitors who opt out below (see Section 9) or whose browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, our hosting, content-delivery, and security provider, which processes limited technical data such as your IP address to deliver, secure, and measure the site on our behalf. Separately, the embedded credit-review form is operated by GTS Credit (or its form provider): when you interact with it, that provider and the services it loads may receive limited technical data, such as your IP address, and may set their own cookies, under their own privacy policies. Your browser controls can block or delete cookies.

12. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy: generally, to respond to and follow up on your inquiry and to meet legal, tax, and professional record-keeping obligations. After that, we delete or de-identify it.

13. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. The request form is submitted over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. Children's privacy

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

15. Third-party services & links

Our site links to and embeds services operated by others, including GTS Credit, which provides credit-analysis and credit-repair services under its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Please review their policies before providing information to them.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page; please review it periodically.
